The first time you play, the game measures your weight and calculates your center of balance. By asking your height, it then calculates your BMI (Body Mass Index), giving you a starting point. Now you can track your progress every time you play the game.

The four training categories:
• Aerobic exercise increases stamina and helps burn fat
• Balance games allow you to develop balance control
• Muscle workouts help tone and condition muscles

As you play you’ll discover over 40 different activities and mini-games such as Ski Jumping and Rhythm Boxing. You can also unlock new game options and record your progress through your BMI and balance ratings.
